Our membership tiers offer varying levels of support, with higher tiers providing more individualized attention for business owners and their teams.

Membership Terms

When you become a Junto Global member, you agree to the terms of the membership tier you select. Your membership will continue until cancelled according to the cancellation policy below.

Cancellation Policy

Members wishing to cancel their Junto Global membership must provide written notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to their next billing date. Upon receipt of your cancellation notice, we will stop future billing after the 30-day notice period has elapsed. No retroactive refunds will be issued for previous billing periods.

To submit your cancellation request, please email team@junto.global with “Membership Cancellation” in the subject line, including your name and membership details in the email.

Refund Policy

Junto Global does not provide retroactive refunds for membership services. We are committed to ensuring our members receive maximum value from their membership experience. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your membership, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns.
